As a Sales Advisorbased at our High Wycombe branch you’ll be responsible for:
Serving our customers on the trade counter, establishing their individual needs and offering advice on products.
Responding to customer phone calls and emails with a positive proactive approach to build relationships with customer ensuring excellent customer service.
General warehouse duties including picking and packing customer orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Plumbing and heating knowledge would be beneficial though not essential as full training will be provided.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
Sales, customer service or warehouse experience would also be an advantage
This role is full time working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm (occasional Saturday 8am-12pm)
