Sales Advisor

Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be working with our client in Westbury, who are keen in seeking a Sales Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

Supporting the sales team you will be engaging with our customers to generate leads and assist the wider sales team. Building strong relationships with other departments including warehouse, production and finance teams which will assist in managing expectations around product availability and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and managing customer sales orders.
• Proactively contact customers to maintain relationships and drive sales whilst ensuring customer accounts are managed efficiently.
• Creating sales opportunities by managing quotes to customers and liaising with the sales team to ensure all quotes are followed up on.
• Researching new leads.
• Working closely with the finance team to ensure invoices are managed and any discrepancies resolved.
• Upselling products to customers when an opportunity arises.
• Keep updated on products.
• occasional customer visits may be required.

To be considered for this role we are looking for someone who has previous sales experience ideally or someone who is confident in providing excellent customer service and liaising with an array of individuals.

A big part of this role is establishing relationships and communication is key so ensuring customers are updated every step of the way with providing high accuracy and attention to detail is a must in this role.

On offer is a salary of between 25,000 - 30,000 working Monday to Friday with an earlier finish on Fridays.
