Inbound Sales Advisor Basic salary - £25k (including training bonus) OTE - £37k CARDIFF

We are looking for candidates with customer facing or sales experience, you will be working in a fast-paced inbound contact centre environment. Your responsibilities as an Inbound Sales Advisor As a sales Advisor you will be managing inbound calls selling travel insurance to our niche market customers.

Your Responsibilities:-

• Effectively handle inbound sales calls from customers wishing to purchase travel insurance.
• To achieve personal sales and performance targets
• To Identify customer's needs and up sell policies to maximise sales opportunities and ensure the best fit for the customer
• To manage sensitive data accordingly
• To manage outbound renewal calls for existing customers as and when required by the business - managing your own pipeline at all times

What you will bring to the role:-

• Providing customer with fantastic customer service
• Your skills/ experience as an Inbound Sales Executive
• Experience in sales or customer facing roles.
• Must enjoy working with and being challenged by sales targets.
• Experience in a regulated industry ideal but not essential
• Ability to discuss sensitive topics.
• Professional telephone manner is essential.
• Brilliant communication skills
