Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Analyst to join our passionate and driven team.
As a leading provider of Facilities Management services, OCS UK & Ireland is committed to creating sustainable solutions that align with our clients’ goals and objectives. To support our mission, we are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our internal sales organisation. This role is essential for managing the reporting from Salesforce on all sales activity using centralised Power BI tools. The Sales Analyst will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
The Sales Analyst will collaborate with Client Solutions Director and the Chief Commercial Officer to design and develop metrics that are consistent with OCS business strategy. By leveraging data insights, visualisations, and analytical expertise, the Sales Analyst will help facilitate informed decision-making, and drive organisational growth. The Sales Analyst will also be responsible for implementing best practices for sales operations, such as forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis. The Sales Analyst will be a leader in promoting sales excellence and efficiency across the organisation.
