We are seeking a full time Sales and admin assistant to join our friendly and dedicated bespoke team. This is a key role in co-ordinating the sale and production of our bespoke garments, and the successful candidate will work both with customers and with our in-house production team of seamstresses and embroiderers.
You will have the ability to deal with a wide range of people face to face and over email, be friendly and polite at all times, be a good listener and quick learner. You will provide proactive assistance and clear information when needed.
Experience in sales, admin or as a fashion buyer or merchandiser would be preferable.
Typical tasks include:
- Filling in spreadsheets, preparing invoices, corresponding with customers about their orders
- Liaising with our embroiderers and ensuring their work is on schedule
- Checking fabric stock levels
- Preparing fabric samples
Skills and experience:
- An excellent eye for detail
- High numeracy
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Be a team player with a good sense of humour
- Have a positive outlook
- A willingness to learn
- An understanding of ecclesiastical garments a bonus (full training will be provided)
