Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position will provide support to the Sales and Marketing department and assist with various tasks to help drive business growth.
Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities
- Support the sales team by generating leads, following up with clients, and maintaining customer relationships
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports
- Coordinate marketing events, including trade shows and conferences
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
- Assist with website updates and content creation
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team as needed
- Liaise closely with the operations manager to ensure the guarding shifts are implemented properly. Ensure all the hours are billed correctly.
- Be part of the customer service issues escalation process and ensure all the client issues are mitigated to the satisfaction of the clients.
- Handle contract reviews and drive performance improvement process of the allocated clients’ accounts with the help of operations manager
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and data
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred
- Familiarity with some cloud CRM software ( such as Hubspot or Zoho) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelors degree will be advantageous
