Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Marketing Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth. This is a full-time position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your B2B sales experience to proactively drive sales growth.
• Independently manage sales activities or collaborate effectively within a team.
• Execute basic sales disciplines including prospecting, contacting, fact-finding, and closing deals.
• Demonstrate expertise in the catering and cleaning sectors within the education industry.
• Think creatively and apply tenacity to exceed sales targets.
• Proficiently manage CRM databases and utilize Microsoft Office functions and SharePoint.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales with a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in basic sales techniques and processes.
• Familiarity with CRM databases and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong sales background with a track record of surpassing targets.
• Ability to attend 3-5 team meetings in London as required.

Additional Preferences:

• Candidates residing within a 10-15 mile radius of Tonbridge are preferred.
