We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion by establishing and nurturing robust relationships with clients across Europe and the UK. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both Sales and Marketing, with a focus on developing effective strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the department.
• Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and contracts, ensuring alignment with both company objectives and European market expectations.
• Collaborate with the team and write tenders / bids.

Marketing Management

• Establish the marketing approach required for the business.

• Utilise digital marketing channels, social media, and events to maximise visibility.
• Create, manage and publish relevant content across social media channels.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to measure and analyse campaign effectiveness.
• Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis to inform marketing decisions.
• Experience with data-driven email campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful Sales and Marketing strategies.
