Job Summary:
The main duty of this role it to provide excellent customer service to all of our customers in a variety of roles within the cash centre environment, that will include being responsible for processing cash, debit, credit and bank transactions using a cash register or other point-of-sale systems. The duties include balancing the cash register, making change, recording purchases, processing returns and completing compliance checks in line with the companies processes and policies.
Duties:
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing sales
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries

- using the IT systems in place to record sales
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office
- Experience of dealing with members of the public in a customer focused environment.
- Experience of maximising income in a sales environment.
- Experience of reconciliation and banking procedures.
