Sales Assistant

Job Summary:

As a Sales Assistant at Bogner, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the retail team. You will assist customers in finding and purchasing products, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer assistance in product selection.
• Sales Support:
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about Bogner products, including features, benefits, and seasonal promotions.
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date knowledge about industry trends and competitor products.
• Store Maintenance:
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor and participate in inventory management.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Compliance and Security:
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Assist in preventing theft and losses through vigilance and adherence to security measures.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to convey this information to customers.
• Basic understanding of point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £11.50-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
