Key Responsibilities:

• Mix paint to customer specifications
• Engage with customers, offering valuable product advice
• Deliver orders to customers with a smile
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets
• Execute merchandising plans to restock the shop floor
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance overall customer service experience
• Conduct daily/weekly van inspections, reporting any concerns

About You:

• Showcase strong customer service skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Remain calm under pressure
• Proficient in operating electronic tills
• Hold a valid UK driving license
