- Act as an ambassador for Sézane across all channels (instore and online)
- Demonstrate curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and its products
- Be proactive in proposing ways to make the customer experience memorable and unique
- Dealing with customer complaints and dissatisfaction to satisfy our customers and build loyalty
- Knowing our CSR policy to respond to customers
Guarantee the brand image:
- Know the basic rules of Sézane merchandising
- Check the labeling of products on the floor
- Participate in the implementation of the merchandising and ensure its follow-up
- Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience
- Monitor and maintain the sales level of the store
- Have a fashion culture to be able to make proposals
Ensure the smooth running of Operations:
- Apply Sezane policies, standards and procedures
- Collect and respect procedures related to operations
- Carry out specific processing (returns, exchanges, reservations)
- Ensure proper stock management
