Job Overview:

As a Sales Assistant , you will play a key role in providing administrative and customer support to the sales team.

The successful candidate will assist in managing sales inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone.
• Answer product-related inquiries and guide customers through the purchase process.
• Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in product details, pricing, and delivery information.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports and maintaining customer databases.
• Stay informed about the company's products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
• Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs.
• Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
