Sales Assistant / Warehouse Operative

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Sales Assistant / Warehouse Operativefor our Wimborne Branch.

As an integral part of the CFC team, you will efficiently and accurately perform the stock process from receiving incoming stock through to picking customer orders, with the goal being to provide excellent customer service.

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and the energy to get things done. Someone hungry to learn new things, who’s keen to make something of their career, and who looks at the finer details regarding inventory management.

Up to £25,000, bonus + training + career progression

Sales Assistant / Warehouse Operative Role & Responsibilities

Ø Picking, preparing, and completing warehouse orders for collection or delivery

Ø Receiving and checking in deliveries

Ø Putting stock away within the warehouse

Ø Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy

Ø Perform tasks in a safe and structured way

Ø Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures

Ø Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles

Ø Keep warehouse clean and organised daily

Experience

Ø Previous warehouse experience is preferable but not essential

Ø Strong work ethic and initiative

Ø Ability to work under pressure
