The right candidate will be highly organised and confident in handling customer requests, providing information on stock availability and quotations, this can be End User or B2B. You will need to have a good general knowledge of sales and customer service, be computer literate and have a good level of IT knowledge for use with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Daily queries will either be technical questions or price quotes, candidates are not expected to handle the technical questions, however an enthusiasm to learn will assist within the role itself
General Overview and Responsibilities.
- Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and business guests.
- managing company correspondence.
- Answering the phone and assisting customers with enquiries or technical questions. (training will be provided)
- Picking and Packing website orders on Wordpress.
- Update website store stock availability.
- Processing sales orders, payments and arranging relevant shipping method.
- Manage personal workflow effectively and efficiently.
- Data entry using Sage line 50.
- Create bookings for Workshop on Outlook calender
- Entering Job sheets from the workshop and creating invoices for the customer.
