Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a positive customer experience. Duties:

- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers at live events

- Answer customer enquiries and provide product information

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organised event space

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications

- Basic math skills and english language (GCSEs preferred)

- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

- Time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: £22,301.00-£24,579.00 per year
