Sales Assistant/Call Centre Agent

We are expanding our team and have an opportunity for a Sales Assistant/Call Centre Agent, to help the company through a period of change, growth, and opportunity.

Here is a flavour of what you’ll be doing:

• Identify and create qualified sales appointments
• Work closely with the Head of Lead Generation and marketing team to identify sectors and target customers
• You will find your own leads and set your own appointments so experience in researching , cold calling and visiting new customers is a must.
• Prospect and seek out potential customers, nurturing them into opportunities for future business
• Use the CRM system to effectively record, manage and develop opportunities

• Demonstrable experience in delivering against new business growth targets
• Be commercially aware with the ability to spot sales opportunities
• Ability to think on your feet in a conversation- ask and answer questions with ease
• Have excellent planning and organising skills, with the ability to manage your own time
• Possess effective communication, influencing and negotiating skills
• Proven track record in sales and business development
• All candidates will need to demonstrate that they have the Right to Work in the UK.
• A clean driving license is also highly desirable.
