The Role of the Sales Associate
Responsible for selling the company's implantable medical & robotic devices to hospitals, clinics, and physicians as appropriate.
The first 6 months most of the work will be around the Liverpool/Manchester area. (There will be time when you will travel in the North & Scotland to cover cases in peoples absence/holidays).
You will be providing support, training and/or guidance during actual procedures or surgeries.
Accelerates revenue and market penetration for all products in the territory while driving the development of relationships with key spine surgeon customers.
Covers surgical cases, to provide the highest degree of value to surgeons and patients.

The Ideal Person for the Sales Associate
Ideally someone clinical from a theatre background looking to make the move into more of a commercial role.
Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree.
Ideally looking for a science-based grad (Bio- Science has worked really well for them recently).
Sales experience would be ideal.
Wants someone that can demo that they have the drive and ability to adapt, learn and be coached.
Genuine interest in medical sector and medical technology.
Must be an outstanding communicator.
