Sales Administrator Role Overview
NC Associates are working with a highly commended and innovative energy consultancy providing procurement and account management solutions to its customers. This role requires a dynamic, confident, motivated and organised individual who has previous experience of providing sales admin support in a busy sales environment.
Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all sales contracts are drawn up, checked for accuracy against our in-house CRM system and submitted to our suppliers in a timely fashion
- Processing and following up information/ pricing requests
- Validation of energy invoices via our bespoke online portal
- Management of sales contract submissions until confirmed live
- Managing and producing business written reports monthly
- Full management of the front sheet policy
- Providing daily updates with industry & supplier changes where necessary
- Daily paradigm checks on the admin side – Lock ins, terminations, COTs, Pending Lives, Issues
- Providing generic after sales support
- Answering inbound telephone calls and dealing with them appropriately
- Other ADHOC tasks
Sales Administrator Experience Required
- Previous commercial energy admin experience in a busy sales office environment.
- Computer literacy, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong team work ethic.
- Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise your workload.
- Customer service focused attitude when dealing with customers.
