They are looking to expand their sales team and have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Quotation Administrator to support our internal sales team.
The Candidate
• Come from a data processing background
• Thrive in managing your own schedule - being well organised and meticulous
• Be able to work collaboratively as well as independently
• Have strong communication and customer liaising skills
• Have excellent IT skills
• Be naturally inquisitive and willing to learn custom software and processes
The role will include:
• Working within a close-knit data processing team
• Processing PCB CAD files using specialist software
• Liaising with customers regarding their project requirements
• Liaising with test engineers and the sales team about project timelines
• Pricing jobs and preparing quotations
• Ensuring that accurate quotes are sent out in a timely manner to the customer
• Building relationships with the customer and chasing up quotations in a timely fashion
What's on offer:
• £23,000-28,000 salary
• 20 days holiday (exclusive of Bank holidays) rising by 1 day extra per years of service (up to 10 extra)

Hours 37.5 Hours per week; - Monday to Thursday - 08:30 to 17:00 - Friday - 08:30 to 14:30
