My client based in Liverpool is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. You will be working on a full-time basis and will be expected to play a key role in their story and join a dynamic market leader at its time of development. The role is offered on a permanent basis and offers the flexibility of hybrid working.
As a Sales Administrator it is your responsibility to support the Customer journey, actively supporting a team of Account managers by reducing their administration workload.
The key responsibilities include -
- Provide support in the management of accounts and will include preparing quotes, processing PO's, pipeline management and forecasting
- Respond to in-bound customer opportunities - capturing essential customer requirements
- Escalating opportunities to Sales
- Pro-actively follow up on all leads
- Providing proactive administrative support
- Review of internal reports
