About Us:
Campbells is a small, independent, family owned jewellers with locations in Banstead and Epsom. We pride ourselves on providing a superb quality range of diamond and gem set jewellery. We carry a range of designer jewellers, and can also create unique pieces from scratch, or fashion a new piece of stunning jewellery from something existing. Our on-site workshop and Goldsmith allows us to offer a personal service including repairs and alterations.
About the role:
Our Sales Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting in the day-to-day runnings of the store. You will be an ambassador for the company and responsible for maintaining the store's visual appeal, providing exceptional customer service to clients, as well as driving jewellery sales. As an integral part of our small team, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager and ensuring the company provide the very best customer experience to our clients.
We are looking for someone part time for 3 days per week, in our Banstead store on Mondays, and in Epsom on a Friday and Saturday. The hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Duties will include:
- Sales,
- Customer Service,
- Display Work,
- Admin Tasks,
- Managing Inventory
- Stock Control,
- Cash Handling,
- Repairs (Basic Jewellery and Watches),
- Posting to the company Instagram account
About You:
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest for jewellery and a passion for providing excellent service to every customer. You will be confident, outgoing and able to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Positive can do attitude.
- Prior experience in either jewellery or luxury retail sales is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills
- An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
