**Regional Sales Manager (Field Based) - South UK - Garden Supplies Manufacturer**
We are currently recruiting for a premium Garden Supplies Manufacturer in an exciting role to grow and develop the brand in the UK. The company are over 20 years old and have an excellent reputation in the industry. They are looking for people within this industry who are ambitious and have an entrepreneurial approach.
Role:
You will be responsible for -
- Growing and developing relationships with accounts across the South of the UK
- Networking and building contacts
- Increasing the number of accounts
- Selling through the value and service of the company; very consultative
- Managing your own diary
- Getting involved in tenders and trade accounts
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will -
- MUST have experience selling into Garden Centres or Nurseries (this is non-negotiable, you will not be considered if you do not have this experience)
- History of new business and bringing on new accounts
- Have a stable sales background
- Someone who is structured in their approach to help build and develop accounts
- Experience selling on value
- Ideally based in the South of the UK and willing to travel
- Good at building relationships
Package:
- Basic Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Bonus: up to 30%
