Responsibilities
- Being the main point of contact for the company within the department store.
- Applies the brand appropriate selling ceremony with each customer for both Samsonite and
TUMI within the department. - Demonstrates understanding of personal sales goals and KPIs and strives to hit targets set.
- Provide support to the team as required, including training, and mentoring the sales
consultants. - Exhibits exceptional customer service with a solution orientated mindset.
- Takes pride in the store and maintains the standards on the sales floor, including a swift
replenishment of products. - Frequently communicates with your line manager, company sales directors and/or brand
directors
- Previous retail sales experience, in a service led environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Constant standing, bending, frequent lifting of luggage up to 15 kilos
- Flexible availability.
- Positive attitude.
