SalarySales Co-ordinator - Nottingham
Salary 22,147 (Increasing after 6 months probation)
We are looking for a sales co-ordinator to be able to manage the diaries of area managers alongside other duties including -
- Telesales from existing database
- Diary Management
- Prospecting from internal lists, social media and LinkedIn
- Assist with maintaining and growing client base in your dedicated region
- Fielding incoming sales queries and dealing with pricing enquiries
- Admin support for area field-sales including follow-up correspondence, quotations etc
- Admin support for Sales Manager & Supervisor
- Creating and maintain filing systems (manual & digital)
- Processing new accounts
- After Sales care for new customers - ensuring they are up to speed with procedures
- Customer service calls
- Making accommodation and travel arrangements as required
- Liaising with other departments to ensure feasibility of client's requests
- Assisting with events co-ordination
ABOUT YOU -
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has great organisational skills.
You should be able to work to your own initiative as well as part of a team.
You should have an interest in sales and be looking to grow your career within a well-established business.
Previous Sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential as full on the job training will be provided.
