My client, a rapidly growing, forward thinking business are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant who is passionate to join their revolution.
About You:
- A driven and ambitious individual with a passion for infrastructure development & commercial sales
- Confident engaging with prospect B2B clients and winning meaningful partnerships
- Strong communication skills, able to build relationships and network with clients
- Comfortable working with HubSpot CRM or Salesforce (or similar)
- Degree or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential
- Proven experience delivering an exceptional client experience
- You may have worked in a commercial real estate department for a property investment business or at a car park solutions business, we want to hear from you if you have transferable experience!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Identifying and targeting commercial partnerships with land owners or property management companies
- Providing a consultative approach, building relationships through expertise advice
- Meeting with clients over the phone, video calls and in person with the view to convert in to long term clients
- Attending events and conferences to represent our brand
- Be a role model for less experienced members of the team when it comes to coaching opportunities
- Keeping your pipeline organized through HubSpot and using this system to keep track of your sales desk
