Role:
- Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through generating new business over the phone
- Obtain an in-depth understanding of Peninsula, their products and services, and the markets they operate in, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
- Schedule qualified calls and meetings with prospects, introducing these new leads to the senior sales team
- Speak with business owners/decision makers to discuss their current business situation regarding their HR and Health & Safety systems and then promote Peninsula’s services
- Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunities
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Positive, can-do attitude
- IT literate
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
