MCS Group have partnered with a non-profit organisation to recruit a Sales Consultant focused on writing tenders and developing new project opportunities alongside managing a small marketing and operations team. The successful consultant will have experience in public or charity sectors and background in strategy. Offering £33-35k with hybrid working and company perks.
Role
- Develop and deliver a sales strategy and plan to include statutory, corporate and individual sources of giving.
- Examine, analyse and develop the income approach through commercial and social enterprise activities.
- Provide reports and analysis on business plans and progress as are required for senior staff.
- Identify sources of funding for existing services and new projects, preparing requests and funding applications.
- Identify, prepare and submit tender bids and assist with the preparation of budgets for all income activities.
Individual
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a sales consultancy role.
- Proven track record in planning and preparing successful funding applications and/or tenders.
- Proven understanding of the financial and funding environment for non-profit organisations in NI.
