Role Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the sales process, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Main duties:
• Obtain and provide parts / assembly prices, to support the sales team
• Ordering in parts to suit sales orders
• Collating and progress chasing aftermarket purchase orders
• Arranging packing, freight and export documents for order shipping
• Support sales with quotation / order processing & back office assistance
About you:
• The ideal candidate will be driven, enthusiastic, business focused and committed
• Previous experience in engineering, proposals, sales and shipping/logistics/export is preferred, but training will be provided
• Candidate must have a driving license
