- Managing and coordinating the activities of the sales team.
- Provides information to customers on products and prices.
- Managing telephone enquiries from prospective customers and after-sales support.
- Managing and updating sales presentation materials including brochures, sales decks and posters.
- Prepares sales invoices, creating and reviewing sales reports, maintains records and accounts of sales activity electronically.
- Handles customer complaints or forwards them to relevant member of sales team.
- Ability and knowledge to Installs and upgrades software, excel, power point, database, internal network, web designing and CRM system knowledge.
- Require excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with Multi languages
