Join a prominent aviation services company as a Sales Coordinator. Seeking a meticulous individual to play a pivotal role in streamlining operations across stakeholders, prioritising customer satisfaction and exceeding service standards. This part-time permanent position offers flexibility to accommodate school hours.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Coordinate communication between suppliers, departments and customers.
Manage workflow and meet customer-driven targets.
Maintain customer relationships and manage complaints effectively.
Prepare quotes, invoices, support contract proposals and credit control.
Relay technical information and provide feedback on orders.
Support sales targets and identify opportunities for growth.
Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the company and within your capabilities.
Skills and Experience:
Strong customer service experience
Diligent, confident and proficient in computer skills.
Organised and detail oriented.
Knowledge of database management.
Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week salary up to 12.50 per hour
