Sales Coordinator

Your new company
This very successful and large organisation is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. Due to growth, they are now looking to expand one of their customer service teams to help provide a better service to their customers and to maintain their excellent reputation.
Your new role
You will be responsible for processing orders for customers, handling customer queries, providing technical information as and when needed for customers, providing quotes and providing prices, forecasting and raising POs. You will also be responsible for liaising with suppliers, logistics and shipping and other teams that are a part of the sales order process. You will also be raising purchasing and sales contracts for customers and handling any queries around this and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience within a technical administration role will help you succeed. Ideally, you will have experience from a manufacturing background too. You have excellent customer service skills with great organisational skills and attention to detail. You are able to learn and pick up new systems and processes effectively and can work well in a busy environment. You're also a confident and ambitious candidate and keen to progress within the company.
What you'll get in return
