I am currently working with a world leading provider of a specialised solution used in the logistics industry, who are actively seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join their busy Customer Service and Sales team. The role is being offered on a on a permanent, full-time basis and is located in central Warrington - free parking is offered with this position!
Benefits:
- Salary of £28,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 08:45 to 17:15 (60 min lunch)

Responsibilities:
- Receipt, acknowledgement, and creation of new sales orders
- Scheduling deliveries to be cost effective, efficient and to match customers’ requirements
- Raising and sending invoices for finish good sales
- Updating and maintaining the CRM
- Creating and sending quotes to customers
- Raising orders to both the factory and European head office
- Collaborating effectively with the rest of team and other departments
- Maintaining strong and effective stock control procedures
- Answering customer and internal queries in a timely manner
Specification:
- Significant experience in customer service & Sales Support
- Ability to communicate effectively internally & externally
- Tech savvy, with a particular proficiency on Microsoft Excel
- Salesforce, or experience on similar CRM System would be highly beneficial
- Able to handle a busy and fast-paced environment
- Technically and analytically minded
- Fast learner
