Working as part of the After Sales Team you will be responsible for a variety of duties including :-
- Liaising with Customers and resolving any queries
- Tracking shipments and liaising with couriers and service providers
- Assisting in the processing and uploading of information on to the company database
- Ensuring all customer spreadsheets are updated regularly
- Providing full support to the Operations team
This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Administrator with 2 years Customer Service experience to join an expanding and highly successful business at their offices in Poole,
Proficiency in Word and Excel is required and knowledge of German or Italian would also be very beneficial
