We are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator position for a reputable Poole-based business. The Sales Coordinator will contribute to a dynamic and supportive sales team while taking on a range of engaging responsibilities. The position will also involve liaising with other departments and collaborating as part of team, therefore excellent communication skills, administration experience and customer service skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Taking and processing orders from customers over the phone
- Dealing with and responding to enquiries from customers
- Booking and coordinating deliveries
- Processing and following up leads
- General office duties
