Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and weekends as needed

Your Role:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for the lettings of their available one- and two-bedroom flats. This is a sales-oriented role encompassing the typical duties of a salesperson in property management or lettings. You will be instrumental in ensuring high occupancy rates and a seamless tenancy onboarding experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively manage the letting process from initial enquiry through to contract signing.
• Conduct viewings and follow-ups with prospective tenants.
• Achieve and exceed monthly lettings targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing residents.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
• Use online property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, as well as social media and other tools to promote available flats.
• Prepare Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all lettings activities and transactions.
• Participate in community events to build relationships with residents.
• Gather feedback from residents to continuously improve the living experience at The James.

Your Background & Required Skills:

• Proven experience in a sales or lettings role within the property management or lettings sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• Motivation for sales and the ability to negotiate and sell.
