A growing business operating in the engineering industry is currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their Customer Services team in Cheltenham.

Your new role
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be dealing with all incoming enquiries and orders from customers, providing quotations and excellent customer support.
Key responsibilities include:

Communicating with all customers over the phone and over email

Managing the mailbox and dealing with incoming emails in a timely manner

Processing customer orders on SAGE50

Raising quotations for customer enquiries

Dealing with customer issues and complaints

Monitoring sales and deliveries.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience in a previous customer service role and will be a strong communicator with attention to detail and excellent telephone manner. Experience with SAGE50 isrequired. Sales Administration experience is desirable.

What you'll get in return
This role is based in Cheltenham, full time in the office, Monday to Friday. The salary offered will be between £25,000 and £27,000 (based on experience).
