Sales Coordinator

PERMANENT SALES CO-ORDINATOR – MILTON KEYNES – 25 – 28K D.O.E

We are looking for the glue that holds and works with various departments within our Milton Keynes client.  An exciting, varied role as outlined below

Daily duties are likely to involve:-

• Be the centre of the organisation whilst liaising with internal departments and external customers
• Reporting to the manager and assisting with planning of budgets and projects
• Liaison with your customers, their queries and disputes whilst ensuring invoices are paid and helping with any debt management
• Composing quotes, planning and promotion with new and existing clients

In return, what we need from you:-

• Previous experience within a Sales Admin/Sales Coordinator or similar
• Strong communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Experience within manufacturing or distribution would be an advantage
• The want to develop and grow with the company
• Work Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm in the MK office (please note there is no option for hybrid or remote working)
