Job description

Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based within the Amersham area. This is an exciting opportunity that has become available due to an internal move, and would suit a candidate who has good administration experience, a high level of attention to detail, as well as someone who has great communication skills on all levels, and good analytical skills. This opportunity is providing Sales Support, as well as handling data. It would suit someone who is confident with excel, as well as someone who has previous experience of working on a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred).
Salary - £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home
Some of the duties will include:

  • Managing new member application and onboarding process
  • Managing the annual member renewal process
  • Providing administrative and analytical support to the membership department
  • Chasing applicants for any missing information
  • Communicating relevant information to applicants
  • Using the CRM system to track members in their first year
  • Handling incoming calls from existing and new members
  • Scheduling visits for the Membership Manager
  • Running bespoke reports from the CRM system
  • Compiling accurate and timely reports for the Membership Manager
  • Building strong working relationships with people internally and externally


The suitable candidate:

  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous CRM experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Ability to work well on own initiative
  • Ability to build reports, analyse trends from CRM
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • High level of attention to detail
