Sales Support

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are recruiting for a Sales Support role for a well-established company based in High Wycombe.
Monday - Friday
8.00am - 5.00pm (40 hours)
GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 per annum (depending on age)
The main responsibilities of the Sales Support role will be:
· Assisting the Contracts Service manager including maintaining a forecast of relevant opportunities.
· Updating customer portals.
· Give pricing on products and services.
· Preparing and sending quotations.
· Processing orders.
· Assisting with completion and returning supplier forms.
· Own the process of identifying opportunities through to closure using any information available.
· Provide a commercially minded focus on sales and service activities.
· Managing specific service-related projects, seeing them through to completion whilst providing regular updates to senior Management.
· Monitor and update all paperwork and databases via the CRM system.
· Complete regular training to enhance your knowledge.
The key skills of the Sales Support role are:
· Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Office.
· Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
· Time Management and the ability to self-manage and prioritise.
· Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.
· Previous experience with CRM would be an advantage but not essential.
