Our client, a manufacturing specialist in its sector are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. Hybrid role based in Milton Keynes.
As the Sales Support Coordinator, you will process customer requests, quotes and orders so that the business goals are met. Ensuring that all necessary information for each individual order is provided for the design process and properly recorded.
Responsibilities as the Sales Support Coordinator but not limited:
- To give customers the right technical advice regarding the client’s products.
- To process new and existing customers to strengthen loyalty, increase customer benefit and increase sales of all products.
- Support customers with questions regarding deliveries and delivery times.
- Provide some technical support.
- Be observant of opportunities to work smarter and more efficiently
Skills and experience required as the Sales Support Coordinator:
- Previous experience in a Sales Support Coordinator / Technical Support role
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and articulate product features and benefits.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office
