Our client is seeking an Electrical Sales & Customer Services Advisor to provide support within our Electrical Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow within the industry with a "can do" attitude.
Day to Day of the role:- Order processing onto their internal system.
- Answering external or internal sales calls, emails, or order requests.
- Providing general sales support and office administration duties.
- Handling customer complaints competently and professionally.
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing quotes.
- Liaising with carriers, chasing deliveries, and managing bookings.
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and departments.
- Performing activities typically associated with a busy sales and Customer Services/administration office.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Competence in handling B2B or B2C customer interactions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing complaints.
- Attention to detail and a trustworthy character.
- Comprehensive product and internal systems training.
