HOURS: 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday

PAY £25,000pa plus Bonuses

Vacancy – Sales Development Executive
As a Sales Development Executive you will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service via phone email and webchat ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. You will actively encourage and expand sales through contacting new and existing businesses. You will also be responsible for face-to-face meetings on and off site.
Responsibilities:
* Liaising with customers over the phone, face to face, via email and live web chats
* Quotes
* Customer orders including web orders
* Product research and identification
* Customer visits
* Customer queries and problem solving
* Sales analysis if required
* Development of the UK construction market
* Follow and report via CRM as part of weekly KPI’s
* Answering incoming calls
Additional
* Attend training, workshops, and meetings when requested
* Assist with any special assignments / projects as requested, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
* Attend relevant trade shows
Requirements:
* Office based experience in a busy, fast paced and dynamic environment
* Working in a team
* Experience of working with demanding timescales
Knowledge and Skills
* Good level of numeracy / literacy.
* Good IT skills and use of Microsoft suite of packages
* Good communication skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to self-manage and work on own initiative
* Experience of dealing with international suppliers
* Knowledge of the market and industry
* Problem solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level
