Your Opportunity
Our sales team is growing! We are looking for a dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is a proactive telephone & outbound sales role based in Edinburgh.
This is not your typical software sales job. We offer an entirely digital & new way to trade used heavy equipment (tractors, diggers, telehandlers etc). These machines are large & highly valuable, so you’ll need to exude integrity to win the trust of our customers.
We are at an early stage in our development but have grown rapidly to date. If you perform well, there is an uncapped opportunity for career progression within our sales organization.
Responsible for:
- Prospecting new business and educating our market on the benefits of trading through our platform.This includes cold calls, emails, and social prospecting.
- Hitting lead generation and qualification targets.
- Carrying out in-depth research on prospects and delivering personalised messages at scale.
- Testing messaging & analysing data to improve our business development processes.
- Building trust with our customers through rapid response times, customer references & acting with integrity at all times
- Developing expertise in the agricultural & construction equipment industries.
You and your experience:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A self-starting attitude and bias to action
- You always act with integrity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with accepting and handling rejection
- A tenacious and highly competitive spirit balanced with empathy
- A team player attitude
- Bilingual is a bonus
