Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a growing and influential marketing agency to recruit a Sales Development Representative.
This role will directly support their sales operations, working closely with their Sales and Marketing Manager to implement strategies that contribute to the achievement of outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach through various channels such as Email, LinkedIn, and other potential platforms to support the sales team.
- Develop technical integrations (e.g., Zapier, Close, email integrations) to streamline sales processes.
- Manage client and prospect data within our CRM, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Respond to clients and prospects, follow up on potential sales leads, and use data to bring sales back into the funnel.
- Make personalised recommendations to prospects to enhance their business and increase sales potential.
Requirements:
- A strategic, creative, and pragmatic problem-solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- An interest or experience in design, tech, marketing, ecommerce or advertising is preferable
- Experience working in a sales-focused environment
- Tenacity to overcome objections, handle rejection, and maintain motivation in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Efficient and organised with the ability to work well under pressure
