About the role:
As a Sales Development Representative at InPost, you'll be at the forefront of our growth initiatives, driving new business opportunities through targeted outreach and lead generation efforts. This role is instrumental in building our sales pipeline and setting the stage for successful partnerships with potential landlords.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads through both inbound channels, and outbound strategies such as email campaigns.
  • Lead Generation: Use a variety of channels to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and target markets to enhance outreach strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand target accounts and align outreach efforts with overall sales objectives.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system to ensure effective communication and follow-up.

  • Proactive Attitude: Proven ability to take initiative and proactively identify opportunities for lead generation.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic sales environment and quickly absorb product and industry knowledge.
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven by achieving and exceeding targets, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges.

The InPost process:

We pride ourselves on our candidate experience. We want to make this as straightforward as possible, for you and for us!
