Your Role: The Architect of Opportunities ️

As a Sales Development Representative at Kamma, your primary mission is to architect opportunities for growth and innovation. In this pivotal role, you will be the engine driving our sales pipeline, crafting and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads and connect potential clients with Kamma's transformative solutions.


Your Mission: Lead Generation, Empowerment, and Excellence

Lead Generation Maestro: Master the art of lead generation by adopting and inventing creative methods to identify and engage potential clients. Your innovative approaches in lead sourcing are key to our growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Lead Sourcing: Develop and implement targeted strategies for lead generation, using both traditional and unconventional methods.
  • Exceeding Targets: Consistently exceed targets on a monthly basis.
  • Product Expert: Become the expert’s expert on all things Kamma and Kamma selling techniques.
  • Engage and Educate: Engage potential clients through various channels (phone, email, social media, video, voicenote events) to educate them about Kamma’s solutions and their unique value.
  • Collaborative Team Play: Work in close synergy with the sales team, contributing innovative lead generation ideas and learning from collective strategies.
  • Sales Tools Mastery: Utilise and innovate with various sales tools to efficiently generate and track leads.
  • CRM Proficiency: Keep meticulous records of leads and interactions in our CRM system, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to prospect.
  • Continuous development and curiosity: You will keep your ear to the ground to ensure you are on trend with the latest developments in our related industries to help you sell.


Qualifications: Your Toolkit for Success

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales or a related field, with a focus on lead generation.
  • Demonstrable creativity and success in lead generation techniques.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Competitive and collaborative nature, with a deep understanding of sales metrics and targets.
  • Experience in key sales foundations, techniques, and related digital tools.
  • You can provide evidence of consistently exceeding targets.

  • Hybrid working: our office is on the Strand open 5 days a week to all staff but you can work from anywhere that you can do your best work. You do need to be able to come into the office when needed and for team events.
