Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and researching potential leads.

- Schedule meetings and demos for qualified prospects with our sales executives.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and manage lead tracking and reporting.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, especially in a B2B environment, will consider B2C.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a sales role.
