Bromcom is a market leading UK cloud based integrated EdTech MIS & Finance provider offering a One Stop Shop for schools, academies and Local Authorities.

We are expanding our Sales Team and looking to recruit a Sales Development Representative to help drive growth and achieve our ultimate goal of becoming the UKs most used and loved school Management Information System.
In this role you will be working within the Bromcom Sales Team, focusing on outbound proactive call and email campaigns into Local Authority supported schools, single academy trusts (SATs) and small multi academy trusts (MATs).
The successful applicant will be engaging directly with prospects on a daily basis, so being a great communicator is key, along with being self-motivated, energetic, driven, and have genuine passion for sales.
Job requirements
Responsibilities include:
Reaching out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads using a specified qualification system Navigating through a conversation flow to uncover needs, understand pains, and position as a compelling solution. Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and send to the sales team in the CRM system Convey summarised key findings from phone conversations to the rest of the Sales team to help refine sales communications Experience required:
Minimum 2 years of sales or lead generation experience Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Proven ability to create and nurture sales opportunities through phone and email Drive and resourcefulness in finding new approaches to ensure the Bromcom message is resonating with potential customers Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing system and tools Looking to create 10 opportunities per week 60 calls and 60 emails per day will be the target Benefits:
