Team & Role
As an SDR, your role will be to help with selling Sesame, our B2B software platform and our professional services to new clients including small to mid-sized asset managers, hedge funds, investment management platforms or ManCos, boutique alternative managers, fiduciaries such as trust companies, multi-family offices or various principal investors or single family offices. You will be expected to become a subject-matter expert of Sesame and participate in product demos to prospective clients.
What You Will be Doing
- You will be researching inbound potential clients and generating leads, having monthly incentives
- You will gain an in-debt knowledge of the capabilities of our software platform Sesame and the solutions we provide to significant pain points, articulating and communicating the innovative and unique solution we provide
- You will be qualifying and disqualifying inbound new business opportunities, conducting conversations by phone as well as online or physical meetings and events
- You will be delivering solution presentations/demos to potential clients together with the Sales Executives
- You will be using our CRM system to record and manage pipeline and keep track of qualified opportunites
Your Skills & Expertise
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS business preferably in fintech/FS related field
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related topic or a good knowledge of the FS field
- You have prior experience with Front-to-Back Systems, PMS, OMS or Risk Management Systems
- You have excellent communication, presentation, relationship building and negotiation skills
- You are a good listener and you enjoy problem solving and networking
- You have used Hubspt or other CRM tools is a plus
- You are native/fluent in English, another foreign language is a plus (French, German, Italian)
